Under the Administrative Hearings Office Act, the Administrative Hearings Office conducts and adjudicates any administrative hearings required under the Motor Vehicle Code. Though far from an exhaustive list, some examples of hearings conducted under the Motor Vehicle Code are license suspension hearings under Section 66-5-30, licensure hearings related to reported medical or vision conditions under Section 66-5-5, other general MVD Code hearings under Section 66-2-17, CDL suspension hearings, and dealer license hearings under Section 66-4-3.
